Q & A

Dress Code for the Weekend

Friday - Welcome Party:  Hunt Country Chic

Saturday - Ceremony & Reception:  Black Tie

Sunday - Farewell Brunch:  Casual

Can I bring a Plus One?

Plus-ones are only permitted if explicitly stated on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, we look forward to welcoming your guest. If it’s not indicated, please attend solo. Unfortunately, we have restrictions on capacity.

Are children welcomed?

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to have a child-free wedding to ensure an elegant & relaxed atmosphere for all our guests. We hope you understand & can join us for an adults-only celebration. Please plan to schedule for a babysitter if your young one makes the trip to Asheville.

What time does the ceremony start?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 7 PM. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure you’re settled in & ready for the festivities to begin.

Is there parking at the Estate?

Yes, there is parking available at the venue, but there will be walking.  Please let us know if you need additional assistance.  Transportation will also be provided for guests who stay on the Estate & at the Courtyard Asheville Biltmore Village.

Will there be food and drinks?

Of course! We’ll be serving a delicious meal & offering a selection of drinks, including both alcoholic & non-alcoholic options. We’ve worked with the Biltmore caterers to make sure everyone is well taken care of, & we’ll also have some sweet treats for you to enjoy! If you do have a restriction or allergy please let us know when you RSVP.

Is transportion available?

Yes, we are finalizing details & will provide those when ready. Currently we plan to provide transportation from the Biltmore Estate hotels & from Courtyard Asheville Biltmore Village.
